Olive & Navy | A Match Made in Heaven (for the Office)
My favorite season is coming! I am so ready for fall - bring on the sweaters and scarves and boots, please. I'm starting to get my fall work wardrobe ready by pulling out some favorites.
These olive dress pants have become a staple in my rotation these past couple weeks - they're surprisingly versatile. I wear them with navy, cream, pink, burgundy, black... this army green color can basically be treated as a neutral, making these pants an interesting pop of color in a business wear rotation without requiring special tops or accessories to match with. I've been able to wear this color many times into the office as well as for weekend wear. I have this same style of pants in black and navy as well; they're my favorite dress pants from Ann Taylor's "Kate Fit", which is perfect for women with a curvy lower half.
Here, I am wearing these olive pants with a twisted navy top and my favorite navy heels. This top can be tucked in or left out, depending on how casual your office is. The intricate twisted detail means that this outfit doesn't require any special accessories - a neck, scarf, or big earrings would take away from the interesting neckline.
These heels are some of my favorites - I have them in two colors and love them to death. I also think this jewel toned outfit pairs nicely with my tortoise glasses - it would certainly pair with cute sunnies as well. Keep your eyes out more stylings with these pants.
